A peek at some projects that I am especially proud to have produced.

DoubleTree by Hilton, Cookies In Space.

A light-hearted production promoting a team-up between DoubleTree by Hilton and Zero G Kitchen—to make baking in space a reality. Novelty needs included the procurement and patching of an astronaut suit, an in-hotel-banquet-space ISS build, and the post-production superimposition of the ISS orbit height onto a taxi cab mileage meter.

Veterans Affairs, Innovation Ecosystem.

This video was the end product of a tri-state production and months of mining for the stories most imperative to tell. The challenge was in identifying the methods of care that were simultaneously visually persuasive, technologically innovative, and metamorphic for the veterans treated.

Bank of America, Business Advantage 360.

A fusion of live-action capture and interface animations, this instructional video piggybacked on the company rebrand and introduced a new tool available to small business owners. Though a SAG production by paperwork, the approach to capture retained a refreshingly grassroots ethos. We scouted, met with, and ultimately spotlighted real businesses within the Baltimore community.

The New York Times, Leaps By Bayer.

Via CoverCress, Sound Agriculture, Fork & Goode.

Shining a light on all the “goode” these agricultural companies are bringing to the climate change space (and for COP26 at that) was an absolute privilege. Most timely and culturally-relevant project I have had the opportunity to take on 💪🏼🌱.

Hilton Honors, “Snackable” Videos

When it is December and you have nearly every Hilton property worldwide at your fingertips for the picking, it may have been a questionable call of our beloved director to opt for a hotel in downtown Toronto. But he is as meticulous as it gets, and it went off without a hitch. (Save for an overnight carpet install because HGTV booted us from our choice floor). This job matriculated as I was making moves to production (from my Account Service origins), so I held a fusion role of Account Executive, PA, Post-Producer / VFX Supervisor, and “being at the beck and call to support my EP with whatever she needed.”

Compilation video.

The New York Times, Zenith.

This may have been shot in Wisconsin during the thick of COVID (i.e. was remotely produced), but I could still get the MVP’s favorite pick-me-up drink custom-crafted at the juice bar down the street from set. Crafty is king. Will say . . . he liked the watch, but I’d bet my gaff tape he’d have preferred the ring.

Philips Sonicare, Art Of The Pivot.

The courier was coming for the boxing equipment at 4pm, so we shot through the rain with our hero of a grip hoisting a patio umbrella over the porch railing for hair protection. Fresh H/MU would surely have sent us into OT. This audible turned out to be very on the nose. We rolled with the literal and figurative punches, just like Lola. Pretty proud of how we made it all happen on a slim budget too.

SHAED, Part-Time Psycho.

We brought out the VW, silly straws, gumjo, projector, and cutest child ever to make this music video sing (pun intended). The lyrics were engrained in my head for only six days after we wrapped.

(Producer, AD)

Rockefeller Center, Top Of The Rock.

Faulty weather forecasts upended our first-choice plans of capturing the radiance of Manhattan, but we utilized the darkness to construct a moody, somewhat cryptic teaser complete with distortion effects and a synthesizer-driven audio bed.

(Producer, Post-Producer)

Wiley Publishing, The Grant.

This was one of those utopian initiatives that led with an immersion, called for travels abroad, and culminated in a return for more work. It also refurbished my multi-tasking skills as I spent our entire tech scout with my eyes on the prize and my ears on the phone disputing insurance paperwork.

(Producer, Post-Producer)

DEWALT, Atomic Saw Series.

After fielding the hot request when we broke for lunch on another shoot, we rallied the troops to see through this capture in two weeks’ time. Typifying a lean operation, the production team took ownership of location scouting, product R+D, set builds, media management, and nat sound capture.

Sunrise Senior Living, East 56th.

We conducted this photoshoot in lead-up to the first Sunrise venture into Manhattan. To embody a luxe lifestyle and vivacious New York state of mind, the right location and talent were crucial. We rented, disassembled, and re-dressed two units in an Upper East Side hotel, and aggregated a diverse cast inclusive of local models, non-professional (“real”) addicts of the city, and demographic exemplars flown in from overseas.

2U, Rebrand and Website Development.

Just a snapshot of the content outputted from a three-day photo and video production at 2U HQ. Undergone to fulfill upwards of 150 website placements, this project was a memorable and process-setting collaboration between the video and development departments. The full 2U site is accessible here.
